Custom Lapel Pins

Most of our pins take around 14 days to produce. On average, our customers can expect to receive their orders within three weeks of us receiving payment.

Our estimated turnaround times for custom-etched enamel lapel pins don’t reflect the design process. Some customers are satisfied with their first proofs, whereas others take more time depending on design needs.

Our design team can support you every step of the way, even if it means beginning the design process with nothing more than a concept.

The best advice is to consider the purpose of your custom lapel pins and whether you would like a classic look or a custom design. You’ll always find it easier to develop a design with a starting point as inspiration.

Note that we cannot use copyrighted art or design elements in custom pins for legal reasons. If you’ve fallen in love with copyrighted artwork, we’ll do our best to suggest an alternative.

We cannot provide any refunds after you have approved your proof and made payment. Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot take back lapel pins and sell them to somebody else.

This is why we strongly recommend that you review your proof several times to ensure you have the colors, design, and finishes you want from your pins.

As much as we wish this wasn’t true, nobody’s perfect and occasionally something does go wrong. While we cannot offer refunds on our products, we can remake your pins at no additional charge.

If you have discovered an error, tell us about it. Send a photo with a description of the error. We already have your proof on file, so our customer service team can quickly compare the two and rectify the issue.
