ORDERING A CUSTOM PRODUCT:<\/b><\/p>\n

When ordering a custom product through Lone Star Challenge Coins LLC, we work hard to create the correct custom item and have it delivered to you in a timely manner. Having said this, we rely on you for vital information in order to produce all of our specific custom products. Any info that is not relayed in writing via email may affect the custom production process and the time in which it takes to deliver your custom product.<\/span><\/p>\n

A digital proof of your custom product will always be emailed to you before any manufacturing will take place on your order. All artwork must be approved in writing by you the customer. Once your approval is given to Lone Star Challenge Coins LLC, any changes that you decide to make after that time may result in additional cost and delayed manufacturing time. Since all items are custom made for you the customer, there are no refunds given on any custom orders. Custom orders may not be returned to Lone Star Challenge Coins LLC for a refund or future order credit. In addition, once manufacturing has begun on a custom order, it cannot be canceled for any reason.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lone Star Challenge Coins LLC uses the Color Matching System PMS (Pantone Matching System). We use the Pantone Solid Coated colors, and it is important that you indicate your color choices using PMS Pantone numbers. If PMS colors are not specified by you, then Lone Star Challenge Coins LLC will pick PMS colors for you. For additional information regarding the Pantone Matching System (PMS), visit the Pantone website at www.pantone.com, and you can find the Solid Coated swatch book here: <\/span>vector-conversions.com\/vector\/pantone_color_swatchbook.pdf<\/span><\/a>. In addition, because all computer monitors and printers do not display colors in the same way, you should confirm your color choices by consulting a Pantone (PMS) Solid Coated color book\/chart, which is available at most art supply stores. Embroidered products and true cloisonn\u00e9 products do not use PMS colors, however you can still specify PMS colors, and Lone Star Challenge Coins LLC will match them as close as possible to what is available in these finishes.<\/span><\/p>\n

By submitting your design to Lone Star Challenge Coins LLC, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce (or have reproduced) any logos or other images associated with your order. You also certify that the production of any images you submit does not infringe on any other person\/entity\u2019s intellectual property rights. You also agree not to hold Lone Star Challenge Coins LLC responsible for any legal issues that may arise. Lone Star Challenge Coins LLC\u2019s owners and employees assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes. You have agreed you have permission to reproduce the approved artwork and take full responsibility for any copyright or trademark infringement. In the event that a legal dispute arises, it is agreed that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for such a dispute is Comal County,TX USA and that the prevailing party is entitled to an award of reasonable attorney\u2019s fees before trial or hearing, during trial or hearing, after trial or hearing, and\/or appeal. Should Lone Star Challenge Coins LLC be named in a copyright\/trademark infringement lawsuit arising out of Lone Star Challenge Coins LLC\u2019s use of a copyright\/trademark protected item provided by you for use in your product, you agree to indemnify Lone Star Challenge Coins LLC for any damages and\/or litigation-related expenses borne by Lone Star Challenge Coins LLC. Products damaged or lost while in possession of a carrier (such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, XPS or any other private or paid carrier) are not the responsibility of Lone Star Challenge Coins. You must file a claim directly with the carrier used on that shipment for any issues or means of reimbursement.

Lone Star Challenge Coins is not liable for any shipping delays via any third party shipping company or shipments being held by US Customs. Should any delays occur, due to the custom nature of the product, we cannot issue any refunds based on factors outside of the company’s direct control. We always strive to meet our customers’ deadlines, however there are instances when extraneous factors can lead to delays that are outside of our direct sphere of control such as, but not limited to, packages being held by U.S. Customs, mechanical failures of delivery vehicles, weather events, natural disasters, a zombie apocalypse, etc. If you mention “zombie apocalypse” prior to placing your order, we will give you $10 off your order for having read our terms and conditions!<\/p>\n
